Version 2.4.0 brings significant improvements to campaign visibility and the customer-facing account experience.
Promotion Status Column in Orders List
The WooCommerce orders list (WooCommerce → Orders) now includes a Promotion Status column with dynamic colored badges for at-a-glance monitoring of each order’s campaign progress:
- 🟢 Completed — refund/coupon successfully issued.
- 🟠 In Progress — campaign still active.
- ⏳ Dispatch Pending — awaiting manual release.
- 🔴 Overdue — tolerance window expired, immediate action needed.
- ↩️ Refunded — order refunded, associated coupons cancelled.

Unified “My Participations” Dashboard
The previously separate customer-facing tables (coupons / refunds) have been merged into a single My Participations grid, accessible at the /my-account/community-rewards/ endpoint. The grid shows in one view:
- The associated campaign and purchased product.
- The type of reward received (direct refund or Store Credit coupon).
- The current reward status (Pending / Confirmed / Used / Cancelled).
- The issuance date and coupon expiry date, where applicable.

WCCP Informational Banner in Order Editor
The single order editor (WooCommerce backend) now includes a dedicated WCCP informational panel summarising the promotion data linked to the order: campaign, reached tier, calculated refund amount, and dispatch status.
