Community Pricing PRO
Privacy Policy
Version 1.2 — last updated: 1 August 2026
Informational English translation. In case of conflict, contradiction, or interpretative difficulty, the Italian version prevails exclusively.
This policy describes how personal data is processed when you visit or purchase from this commercial website (the “Site”). It will be reviewed again at public-domain cutover (cookie scan + analytics activation). Placeholders for the final public URL may still appear until go-live.
1. Data controller
The data controller is MARTINI MARIA CRISTINA, Via delle Vigne di Mofrena 205, Italy. Email: support@communitypricingpro.com. Phone: +39 06 79817952.
2. Geographic scope (visitors outside the EEA)
This Site is operated from Italy. Personal data are processed under the GDPR and applicable Italian law. If you access the Site from outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the same principles in this policy apply, unless a mandatory local law requires otherwise.
Non-essential cookies and statistics tools are subject to consent where our EU cookie banner applies (on this provisional setup it is also the default for worldwide visitors). Separate regional regimes (e.g. UK, CCPA) are not configured unless and until we expressly target those markets.
3. What data we process
Depending on how you use the Site, we may process: identity and contact data (name, email, billing address, company/VAT where provided); order and license data; support messages; technical logs reasonably needed to run the Site; and cookie/similar identifiers as described in the Cookie Policy.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Contract / pre-contract — process orders, deliver digital licenses, manage renewals and account access (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Legal obligation — tax, accounting, and consumer rules where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Legitimate interest — security, fraud prevention, service improvement that does not override your rights (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Consent — non-essential cookies/statistics (e.g. Google Analytics when activated) and any optional communications requiring consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent via the cookie banner (“Manage consent”) without affecting processing based on other grounds.
5. Payment processing (Paddle)
Online card/checkout payments are handled by Paddle as payment provider / merchant of record where configured. Billing data needed to complete payment is processed by Paddle under its own terms and privacy notice. We receive order/status information required to fulfill the license. Bank transfer (BACS), if offered, is processed according to the instructions shown at checkout.
Note: Paddle is not listed as a preset in the Complianz wizard; it is declared here as our payment processor.
6. Other processors / tools
We use WordPress/WooCommerce hosting infrastructure; Complianz for cookie consent; Polylang for EN/IT language; SEO tooling (Rank Math); email delivery; and Fluent Support for customer support tickets. These parties process data only as needed to provide their service to us.
7. Cookies
Essential cookies (session, cart, security, language, consent preference) are required for the Site to work. Statistics cookies (Google Analytics) are planned for the public domain and will load only after consent, once configured. Details and controls: see the Cookie Policy (EU).
8. Retention
Order and billing data are kept for the period required by Italian/EU tax and commercial law. Support tickets are kept as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable follow-up period. Cookie identifiers follow the retention shown in the Cookie Policy / banner. Server logs are rotated on a short operational cycle.
9. Recipients and transfers
Data may be shared with processors listed above and, where legally required, authorities. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) offered by that provider.
10. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, subject to legal limits. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Supervisory Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or another EU authority of your residence.
11. Children
The Site is directed to professionals and businesses purchasing software licenses. It is not intended for children under 16.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date will change; material changes may also be highlighted on the Site or at checkout where appropriate.
